That requires time and energy.  One challenge a growing church faces is the increasing specialization of those who serve its staff.  I find it difficult to balance time for personal ministry with the need for the leadership tasks I must handle.  One part of me knows that I can\u0026#39;t be everywhere doing everything and another part of me feels guilty that I can\u0026#39;t.\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eRegarding social networking, I have noticed that it can be addictive.  I have found tools that allow me to quickly scan the updates of all my \u0026quot;friend\u0026quot; -- sometimes quietly rejoicing with them and  at times praying for them.\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eAs to my own blog, I try to keep it a mix of spiritual insight and personal revelation.  I have regular readers who are young and growing in the faith.  I have regular readers who don\u0026#39;t know Christ and I\u0026#39;m trying to build a bridge to them. There was no service in English nearby, and I had no car, so I ended up worshipping with some Swedish saints at one of their churches. Before and after the service, communication was no problem, since English is the official second language in Sweden, and they were even gracious enough to acknowledge my presence briefly in English during the service, but the rest was in Swedish, of which I have none.\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eA circumstance like this clarifies some issues: I recognized some hymn tunes and that was pleasant, but the experience wouldn\u0026#39;t have been memorable for that alone. What made it memorable was the fact that I knew that by participating in faith in a public worship service, I and the other saints there were the recipients of the awesome privilege of being invited into the very throne-room of God, and this by virtue of Christ\u0026#39;s blood and righteousness. So it was an infinitely precious privilege, even though almost nothing of what we\u0026#39;re often tempted to think we \u0026quot;need in worship\u0026quot; was there for me that day.\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eOf course, it\u0026#39;s the Lord\u0026#39;s will that His saints should be fed in worship, and especially by preaching, and it is true that 1 Corinthians 14:22 makes it clear that being condemned never to understand is \u0026quot;a sign to unbelievers\u0026quot;, but, still, I think that the circumstance I was in that day is worth considering.
